S2 Junior Leaders
Columba 1400 and Foxlake Adventures
Our S2s last session were our third group of students to go through their paces with our partners at Foxlake Adventures, undertaking the Junior Leader Award Programme and working towards a Level 4 Steps To Work qualification. The programme builds on the experiences the S2 group have in Skye with Columba 1400’s values based leadership programme. Over a series of 8 Friday mornings the Columban Values of Focus, Perseverance, Integrity, Creativity, Awareness and Service are developed through a variety of activities enhancing skills for learning, life and work. Once again the feedback from our young people has been incredible and the programme has been chosen as an example of innovative practice with Education Scotland.
